Pug Figurines: PP051

TREAT FOR ME? ( Vintage Italian Ceramic Pug Dog ): Doesn't she look like she is asking for a treat? I have had a hard time parting with this beautiful lady. She and her pup were the first two relatively expensive pugs we added to our small pug collection back in the 1970's. They were purchased at a Neiman Marcus in Houston rich stuff back in our days of poverty. She is life sized and fairly realistic in appearance. The detail in the molding of her hair, face and pug wrinkles are really quite amazing. She has been a playmate for each of our six live pugs accounting for her few dings. I have photographed her with a soda can so you can more accurately appreciate her size. She goes very nicely with her Pug Puppy (PP052), though they may be purchased separately.

Condition: Very good. Two small chips in the edge of right ear and on on tongue (see photos). None easily visible.
Size: 11 3/4 high, 12 1/2 long, 6 1/2 deep.
