ECHOES OF THE SEA ( Vintage Native American Indian Jewelry Cherokee Necklace & Earring Set ): This eye-popping Cherokee hand beaded set was purchased at an Indian Art Show in Tucson approximately 20 years ago. Tiny iridescent gray beads cascade in strand after strand (21 in all) accented by small ivory & beige cone shaped shells. These strands hang beautifully because of the way they are held in place by a silver bar on one side and a lovely focal point medallion on the other side. The large patterned medallion is worked in black, burgundy and gray seed beads. The entire edge of the decorative circle is edged in hand beading and backed in leather. To insure comfortable wear, the top of the necklace tapers to silver cones and bone beads ending in a single strand around your neck. There is a hook and eye closure. The dangling earrings, which match the colors of the medallion, are on ear wires. Beautifully crafted by hand, this set produces a striking visual effect. Give that black outfit every woman owns a dazzling new look.

Condition: Excellent.
Size: The outer length is 36, the inner length 24. Medallion is 2 1/2 in diameter. The bottom strand of the necklace hangs 12 down from the base of your neck. Earrings hang 2 1/4 long, 1 1/2 wide.
